This is THE big news of 2021 : Linguifamily, as a professional of tourism and leisure, is now part of the service providers approved by the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers (ANCV).

Linguifamily accepts paper vacation vouchers as well as Connect vacation vouchers. The Chèques-Vacances Connect are a 100% digital format, usable only from a mobile application, via your smartphone.

How to pay for your language stay with your vacation vouchers?

On the Linguifamily platform, the deposit must always be paid online by credit card when booking. Only the balance of the reservation can be paid by Chèques-Vacances.

1. When paying the balance, send an email to contact@linguifamily.com to specify the amount you wish to pay by Chèques Vacances. Also specify the type of Holiday Vouchers used (Paper or Connect).
2. If the amount of the vacation vouchers does not cover the entire balance, the complement must be paid simultaneously by bank transfer, specifying the references indicated in the reservation confirmation.

• If you are using paper vacation vouchers, please send them promptly to the following address : B LINGUI, 3 rue Alexandre Fourtanier, 31000 Toulouse.

We recommend that you send them by registered mail with return receipt. In case of non-receipt of the Holiday Vouchers within 6 days of the reservation, the amount to be paid in Holiday Vouchers will be deducted from your credit card and this amount can be reimbursed if the Holiday Vouchers are received within a maximum of 10 days from the date of the reservation.

• If you use Chèques-Vacances Connect, you will receive by email a QR code to be scanned within 24 hours with the secure Chèques-Vacances app. The payment is effective after validation.

All language stays offered by Linguifamily can be paid for with ANCV vacation vouchers.
